Find answers to frequently questions below

What payment methods can I use?

We offer many different payment methods including major providers
like Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept bank
wires, money orders, and checks.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

As long as you change the EcoJohn order before we have shipped it out, you can modify the order. If you have ordered a SepticJohn product, there may be a surcharge if modifying the order after it has been placed. We always recommend contacting our customer service for help with your order.

How long is the lead time from the time of my order?

All SepticJohn orders should ship within 8 weeks and any TinyJohn order within 3 weeks, usually a lot sooner than that. Contact our customer service department for a current lead time.

Is it a safe product?

Absolutely! Every EcoJohn product undergoes rigorous testing to guarantee the highest quality.

Do they require electricity and gas or diesel?

The SepticJohn models require either propane, natural gas, or diesel to operate. In addition, they also need some power to run the pumps and controllers.
