Customer Reviews
I purchased a TinyJohn for my cabin. I was hesitant to buy a product where you couldn’t take it to a local dealer if I had any problems.
I did end up having some minor problems with the toilet. I thought, oh boy here we go, I’m having some issues with the toilet, how am I going to repair it without a repairman to fix it. I called TinyJohn and to my surprise, an actual person, answered the phone. He was a very pleasant person to talk to. After talking to customer service, he assured me they would resolve the problem and a technician would call me back. My second surprise was when a technician, called back within the hour. There are so many companies now a-days where you get an automated recording and have to make numerous phone calls just to get to talk to a real person. Not this company though, there were no runarounds all all, whatsoever.
Both Times they called, the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. They had to send me parts each time and both times the parts were delivered within a few days. As far as the product itself is concerned, I would relate that the issues I had ended up being a relative easy fix. I honestly do believe the toilet, is a very good product. It works as it should. It is so nice to have it. I really appreciate the simplicity of it all.
In closing, again, to me, the customer service is outstanding. Just knowing, if I do have any problems, I can rest assured that the company will be there if and when I need them.
